Technical Support / Inside Sales

We are seeking a well organized team player who enjoys customer interaction and completing sales and project execution for customer satisfaction.  Must possess skills for technical problem-solving, professional communication, attention to details, and the ability to consistently recognize the customer’s changing needs.

Duties would include: developing project proposals, creating customer project documentation, customer training, start-up assistance, helping customer write procedures to maximize their investment in our instrumentation; Field Service, related to determining if warranty or return to the factory for repair, is required;  maintaining demonstration equipment used by account managers for selling and also used for technical training; configuration of transmitters, analyzers, recorders, and radio telemetry instruments to the customers requirements;  engineering small projects; and working with panel/system integrators.  

Engineering / Technical degree related to electrical, process automation, temperature pressure level and analytical measurements and/or equivalent technical work experience.
